Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) Settlement

Replexus can perform creation and then electronic settlement of insurance linked securities (ILS) on a BloxSys blockchain platform.

Acting as the Paying Agent Replexus will authenticate the Permanent Global Note (PGN), create the securities on the blockchain and settle them with the subscribers of the new issue.

Replexus will then act as the Common Depository holding the PGN.

From that time noteholders who hold notes on their node on the blockchain can trade these anonymously with other blockchain participants using either broker-dealers or through advertising to purchase or sell securities on a separate electronic Replexus platform.

At maturity Replexus, as Paying Agent, will redeem the notes at the redemption amount over the blockchain.
