This can involve merely structuring a reinsurance layer with a given premium and 1 reinstatement @ 100% into 2 tranches of notes, first loss notes and second loss notes, but can equally involve working with the client to arrange risk modelling and layer selection to best suit the desired outcome.

Further, as part of the structuring process, Replexus can gauge market interest and pricing.
