Services Offered
Replexus is able to provide many different services. Clients may select as required from the palette on offer. Securities brokers will likely wish to do their own structuring and placing but need third-party providers to provide and manage the SPV, external legal for the documentation, settlement services, collateral holding and management services and listing services, all of which can be provided by Replexus.
